Frontier Pioneer Call Center

This project involved the fit out and adaptive reuse of over 55,000 sf of existing shell building space in the Wise County Industrial Park located in Wise, Virginia. This included the installation of all underground utilities, concrete floor slabs, interior MEP systems, and interior partitions and finishes. Despite an aggressive completion date and complex scope of work, Quesenberry’s Construction was able to turn this project over to the owner in just 110 days, accounting for over 500 sf of finished floor space per day. This allowed the owner of the facility to meet their contractual deadline and turn the finished space over to the tenant to begin operations seamlessly and without delay. The knowledge, experience, and superior level of quality that Quesenberry’s Construction delivered from preconstruction through closeout was an integral part of the overwhelming success of this project. This facility opened in the Fall of 2016 with a capacity to employ 440 people.
