As Vice President of Quesenberry’s Construction, Spencer is integral to the leadership and management of the organization. Spencer oversees estimating, contract negotiation, job site administration, field supervision coordination, subcontractor and supplier procurement, progress schedule development and trade coordination, coordinating cost-progress targets with production, establishing and maintaining relationships with building officials and regulators. He also serves as project manager on approximately 25% of our projects.

Prior to assuming the role of Vice President in January 2016, Spencer served as President for 30 years. In total, he has over 40+ years experience in construction at all levels.

Spencer has participated in the LEED Professional Accreditation Program and has received the Green Building Institute’s LEED Accredited Professional certification.
