As Operations Manager, David is responsible for assisting in the leadership and management of Quesenberry’s Construction, as well as project management. David has 30 years of construction experience. He was the President and owner of Rock Construction, Inc. in Roanoke, VA, where he led construction projects in the retail, municipal, healthcare, education and financial sectors for 8 years. Prior to founding his own company, he worked for contractor Breakell, Inc. as project manager and then executive vice president. At Breakell, he managed all aspects of daily business operations and managed 95 employees.
